Having over 20 years of experience as a Realtor, as well as a Principal Broker owning my own brokerage and managing numerous agents throughout the years, I can truly say this industry is not something anyone should navigate alone. Being my own broker gives me the ability to do so without having anyone to report to. In fact, I’ve never charged a full commission in all the years I’ve been in the industry.
